Whether it is for your Active, Alumni or Informed Campaigns, the focus of the calls is similar – share information, answer questions and stay connected.

That being said, each call will have a different desired output depending on where in the Campaign it takes place.

Welcome Call

This is your first call with a new Subscriber to the Campaign.

  • Thank them.
  • Confirm they are receiving the communications.
  • Ask how they’re finding them.
  • Set expectations.
  • Answer questions.

Renewal Call

This is your the call with an existing Subscriber to the Campaign where you are confirming they want to keep in touch still.

  • Thank them.
  • Confirm they are receiving the communications.
  • Ask how they’re finding them.
  • Ask for the right to keep staying in touch.
  • Answer questions.

Touching Base Call

This is a regular call with a Subscriber to the Campaign.

  • Thank them.
  • Confirm they are receiving the communications.
  • Ask how they’re finding them.
  • Answer questions.

Meeting Call

This is a call with a Subscriber to the Campaign to set a time to meet in person or have a Zoom call if that isn’t possible.

  • Thank them.

  • Book time to meet.
  • Answer questions.
