Cynthia Rutledge
BROKER

Welcome, my name is Cynthia and I’m so glad you’re here!
Home has always been more than a place to me. It is where life unfolds, and helping people find the place where their next chapter begins is a privilege I never take for granted.
My path into real estate has given me the opportunity to understand homes from several perspectives. I have been a licensed Real Estate Salesperson since 2013 and received my Broker designation in 2023. When I work with clients, my goal is to help them feel informed, prepared and supported. Buying or selling a home can involve a lot of moving parts, and I believe people make better decisions when they understand their options, know what to expect and feel comfortable asking questions along the way.
Alongside residential real estate, I also have experience in condominium property management. That work gave me useful insight into how buildings and communities are run, including the role of condominium boards, property managers, contractors, engineers and service professionals. It also strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, solve problems thoughtfully and understand the practical details that can affect a property over time.
I have also spent years gaining hands-on experience with residential construction and renovation. From building materials and home systems to craftsmanship, layout and design, I have developed a practical eye for looking beyond surface finishes. That perspective helps me notice important details and help clients think carefully about the condition, function and long-term potential of a home.
These experiences naturally complement my work as a Realtor. They help me anticipate challenges, prepare thoroughly, think strategically and advocate firmly when needed to protect my clients’ interests. I believe exceptional service is found in the details, and people make their best decisions when they feel heard, informed and genuinely at ease.
Outside of real estate, I am happiest exploring a farmers’ market, kayaking on the lake, walking in nature or admiring a beautifully designed home. I also appreciate craftsmanship, thoughtful design, a patch of wildflowers, a perfectly ripe avocado and a good cup of coffee that takes slightly longer to make than necessary. Yes, I still grind my beans by hand.
Below are some of my real estate focus areas and specialties.
Whether you are purchasing your first home, investing for the future or moving into a new stage of life, it would be my privilege to guide you through the process with professionalism, care and clear communication.
You can email me below to get started. Whether our first conversation lasts 10 minutes or an hour, my hope is that you will leave feeling heard, informed, encouraged and excited about what is next.
I look forward to meeting you!
