About Jeffrey Luciano

It’s a pleasure to meet you! I’m Jeff, a full-time real estate agent, living in Toronto and working in the greater Toronto area. In addition to my professional designations I have a BA in Sociology from McMaster University and an MBA from the University of Toronto. My undergrad degree in Sociology has influenced how I work with my clients, and I strive to make sure that during every step of the process my clients feel comfortable and in control. Many of my clients tell me they chose to work with me because they immediately felt they could trust me.

Wait, so it’s supply AND demand? Huh.

Sometimes, ignorance is bliss. Other times, ignorance is rapidly followed by a long list of problems and issues. New changes to the Condominium Authority Tribunal means there is a long list of condo problems they now have the authority to handle.

Wow. That’s a long list of condo problems.

Just because you've got a lot of money doesn't necessarily mean you have more choices in real estate. Sometimes what you're looking for is most available in a lower price point that you might expect.

Does more money mean more choices? Not always.
