About Jeffrey Luciano

It’s a pleasure to meet you! I’m Jeff, a full-time real estate agent, living in Toronto and working in the greater Toronto area. In addition to my professional designations I have a BA in Sociology from McMaster University and an MBA from the University of Toronto. My undergrad degree in Sociology has influenced how I work with my clients, and I strive to make sure that during every step of the process my clients feel comfortable and in control. Many of my clients tell me they chose to work with me because they immediately felt they could trust me.

On this cold Friday, I thought I would warm your heart with some of the pictures I’ve come across while previewing listings for clients. To be clear, these are not photos that you will gaze on with appreciation, marvelling at the composition and quality. If I had to describe one

With only 15 days until Christmas, today is a good day to talk about how the holidays impact real estate. I know this is a fascinating topic, because every year my family can barely contain their excitement when I start discussing this as we open presents on Christmas Day.  The

Don’t Panic, It’s Just Christmas.

As we all love to do, I spent the morning reviewing the latest Toronto Real Estate Board sales statistics.  I think I speak for everyone when I say that nothing compares to a hot cup of coffee and a detailed review of the index and benchmark prices of real estate

It’s time to buy a townhouse.

It’s Friday in late August, so I know you feel like doing math. Damn autocorrect. I meant to say, it’s Friday in late August, so there is no way you feel like doing math. So I will do it for you, because it’s actually kind of interesting.

There is a scene in the movie Ferris Bueller’s Day Off when one of the characters (Principal Rooney) asks the score of the baseball game on TV.  The answer is “Nothing-Nothing” and Rooney responds with “Who’s winning?”  After a moment’s thought, the answer that comes back is “The Bears”. This

There’s still nothing available, but it’s more nothing than before.
